CALIFORNIA BOSC PEAR MARTINI Dawson’s Steakhouse, Hyatt Regency
Ingredients
1 1/4 ounces Bosc Pear Infused Nolet’s Gin Silver
3/4 ounce Ketel One Vodka
3/4 ounce Fresh Pressed Bosc Pear & Elderflower Liquor Juice
1/4 ounce Blackberry & Pink Peppercorn Simple Syrup
California Bosc pear for garnish (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with Bosc pear slice.
Serves 1.
